Returns and Refund

AvoGlow accepts returns on the purchases done on our website and offers a refund or an exchange for the purchased item online. We will require a proof of purchase for returns or exchange of the items. Please note below conditions.

Damaged Items:

If the purchased item is damaged or not received as it was described, please email us explaining the issue or send us a photo of the product and our customer care will help you resolve the issue. We either send you a new product at our cost or provide a 100% refund for the cost of the item purchased. For refunds to credit cards, we release the refund directly to the credit card by which the purchase was done. Please note that refunds will take some time due to the banking procedure and therefore please allow us some time around one week to refund. Once the refund is released, we will send you a notification with details of the payment.
Due to the nature of the products, upon receipt of the product, please check the item and if anything is damaged or faulty, please advise within 7 days of the receipt. Refund or exchange can be only accepted within 7 days of the receipt of the purchased items.

Change of Mind:

Note that if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order or get an exchange, you will need to pay for the return of the goods purchased and also pay for the shipping of the new item considering the price differences of the items to be dispatched. Please note that the returned item must be intact and sent back as received without unsealing or using the product, otherwise the exchange will not be accepted. Please contact us and explain what you require and we will assist you further.
