We ship AUSTRALIA-WIDE and with a FREE-SHIPPING Service (AUSTRALIA-WIDE ONLY) for all of our products.
We do not currently ship to international destinations.
The majority of the orders are packed and dispatched the next business day after we receive the order.
Domestic Shipping and Delivery in Australia:
In Australia, we use Parcel Post Service from Australia Post for our shippings. In some cases, we also use door-to-door courier service at no extra charge in Australia using Sendle. We provide the tracking reference once the shipment is dispatched. When you place an order online, we start the dispatch process as soon as possible. Please note that delivery time will depend on the time of dispatch and Australia Post's processing. Please take into account the holidays if ordering during the holidays. Usually the delivery is done by Australia Post within 4 BUSINESS DAYS. Usually for most of the destinations within Australia, delivery will be shorter from the time of dispatch, however please bear in mind that Parcel Post could take slightly longer. Therefore if you haven't received your item within a week from the order time, please contact us and we will help you further.
