We ship AUSTRALIA-WIDE and with a FREE-SHIPPING Service (AUSTRALIA-WIDE ONLY) for all of our products.
We also ship to international destinations (DOOR-TO-DOOR) by Australia Post Services at the customers' choice. Simply select your shipping method provided by Australia Post at the Check-Out to calculate the shipping charges to the destination for the selected items based on weight and dimensions of the parcel.
The majority of the orders are packed and dispatched the next business day after we receive the order.
Covid-19-Related Delays: Due to the current global pandemic, shipping services have encountered disruptions globally. Please take this into consideration when ordering that longer than expected delivery time may occur. We endeavour to dispatch the products as soon as safely possible.
Domestic Shipping and Delivery in Australia:
In Australia, we use Parcel Post Service from Australia Post for our shippings. In some cases, we also use door-to-door courier service at no extra charge in Australia using Sendle. We provide the tracking reference once the shipment is dispatched. When you place an order online, we start the dispatch process as soon as possible. Please note that delivery time will depend on the time of dispatch and Australia Post's processing. Please take into account the holidays if ordering during the holidays. Usually the delivery is done by Australia Post within 4 BUSINESS DAYS. Usually for most of the destinations within Australia, delivery will be shorter from the time of dispatch, however please bear in mind that Parcel Post could take slightly longer. Therefore if you haven't received your item within a week from the order time, please contact us and we will help you further.
International Shipping and Delivery worldwide:
We use Australia Post's international parcel services. Depending on the destination country, delivery times are different. To certain countries such as USA, delivery could be done within 6 business days and by courier service within 2-3 business days. Once at the Check-Out, simply select your destination country for shipping and provide your complete shipping details, and the system automatically calculates different shipping methods to your destination country and you can select any option that suits you the best. There will be different options from Economy Air option to Courier. Please note that dispatch will happen during business days in Australia and using Australian Eastern Standard Time (ASET). Therefore, please allow some time for dispatch and note that the time that you order online is not necessarily the exact time of dispatch in Australia and please consider that there might be holidays such as weekends at any end, which could affect the delivery time slightly. However, we start the process of dispatch as soon as we receive the order and we can ship.
Please note that Economy Air Shipping Method does not include the signature on delivery and tracking. However, Standard, Express and Courier Shipping Methods have tracking services included. Therefore please note these options when ordering. Please also note that some options such as Courier will not be available for certain countries. Options available will be shown automatically when your destination country is selected.
